Victoria attended Sacred Heart University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in 2021 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024. Sacred Heart offered a unique, problem-based learning curriculum that prepared her to adapt to real-life injuries and conditions.
Victoria discovered a passion for Pilates early in her career and incorporates it as an alternative, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation. She uses the latest clinical research to guide her treatments, ensuring optimal outcomes, particularly in spinal injuries, sport-related injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and pre- and postnatal care.
Her approach is multifaceted, focusing not only on physical recovery but also on empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to prevent future injuries and improve overall wellness. Victoria is currently completing her Pelvic Health Certification to further support clients across all stages of life and movement.
